The Art of Breathing

Postponed to a later date--let me know if you are interested!

(It was Saturday, Nov. 9, 2019 in San Francisco).

There are stresses and tensions in our lives that cause us to hold our breath or breathe more shallowly. By experiencing our regular breathing intentionally, we can feel more freedom and resilience to tolerate and work with life’s daily triggers and challenges with greater ease.

This is an invitation to come play with us, learning to incorporate simple daily practices to breathe deeply and fully, especially during the accelerated activities and events of the holiday season. All genders welcome.

“To breathe is to live. To breathe fully is to live fully, to manifest the full range and power of our inborn potential for vitality in everything that we sense, feel, think, and do.”

–Dennis Lewis, “The Tao of Natural Breathing”
